My work ethic is simple.  I make sure my customers get exactly what they want in their new home, negotiate the best deal, & be with you throughout the entire process.  I'm always flattered when my customers have given me a firm handshake or hug, and thanked me for my hard work and dedication. They have also enjoyed my fierce loyalty, friendly personality, and sense of humor.  Also, I also believe in returning all emails, phone calls, and keeping you informed of everything. I don't want to be your realtor for just one transaction, but your realtor for life!

About me

I am an experienced negotiator with expert knowledge of Central Florida.  I specialize in the Lake Mary,Heathrow, Longwood, Sanford,Oviedo, Deland, Deltona, Orange City, & New Smyrna Beach. I also LOVE to sell new construction, & luxury homes. I graduated college with high honors, & obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Health.  My roots are in New England, & I am proud to be born and raised in New York, & graduated high school in Maine. Before settling down in Lake Mary, I lived in New Smyrna Beach,& other beach communities throughout Florida.  I am a former EMT, & my husband is an assistant chief firefighter/paramedic. I have an 12 year old daughter, & our family has lived in Lake Mary for over 12 years, and we are proud to call it home.
